If you're looking for the latest and greatest million dollar trendy fitness and wellness stuff, well, then, this is just not the place for you. I'm all about looking for effective products at an affordable price. Because it shouldn't have to cost you a million bucks just to take care of yourself and feel your best!

I really like using these devices for headaches and neck and head tension. Easy to use, easy to travel with, and works to reduce neck and head tension within just a few minutes
Superfeet all-purpose support high arch insoles
If you are thinking of trying orthotics for foot pain or plantar fasciitis, these are a nice off-the-shelf variety that have decent structure and support, but at an affordable price. I always like to try something first before I commit to spending hundreds of dollars on a custom version.
